Horace Goes Skiing featured an ambulance and hospitalisation which you had to pay for after being run over.
Eddie Kidd Jump Challenge had an ambulance also, albeit unseen. After being thrown from his bike at 120mph, the Kidd would drag his devastated form off screen to the sound of wailing sirens (NOT the Ulysses kind).
