BLUE RAISAN thinks I'm intimidated by cool letters cos I only printed one of his/her's before. A serious case of denial...

DEAR MEGA-ZINE

To improve everyone's lives, the Royal Family and the Government should all move to Australia, and Reeves and Mortimer should rule the country, bringing their unique band of humour and jiggery pokery into the hearts and minds of the entire nation.

With Vic and Bob in charge, even Broken Circles would be joyful. The nation would be of intelligent and witty people, and we could dine on cream horns every day.

But what about important issues?

THEY'D MAKE A SONG AND DANCE OF 'EM!

DEAR MEGA

I heard Radio 1's documentary about "fixing" in the music charts.

Seven consecutive number ones? Why? Cable TV forgot to mention the fact that The Box music channel and MTV pump out stuff like Peter Andre and LL Cool J months before shop release, so the public then rush out to buy it.

An example is No Doubt's Don't Speak. It came from apparently nowhere!

WHO SPEND HOURS GLUED TO THE TV!!!?

DEAR 'ZINE

I have just finished reading the One-2-One dating service pages on Teletext on ITV (goodness knows why, I just have been seriously bored) and I am now extremely confused.

What on Nanasis does GSOH mean? I have a few theories on the problem - Good Solid Old Hands, for example, or maybe Gone South On a Huski - but I'd welcome any ideas from other 'Ziners. Leave me wonderful, eloquent words of insight.

What a Good Sense Of Humour she has

IT'S A CUNNING ANAGRAM MEANING PIGS!

DEAR 'ZINE

How did the Spice Girls manage to win Brits which should have gone to Manics.

Wannabe is a senseless song with a basic beat that allows the Spice Girls to mime and dance simultaneously. It is an insult to our intelligence.

A Design For Life is a true portrayal of working class struggle. There is an immense sense of belonging within the lyrics.
