THE MUSO has a pash on for Obscure Indie Boy, and there was me thinking it was all sorted out.

VICKY WIRE and BECKY VEDDER want us all to take notice of the band Baby Chaos who supported Terrovision. It's done.

Count yourself lucky. In our school the maximum number of GCSEs is seven.

I admit woodwork is pointless, but 11 GCSEs are gonna get you a pretty good job!

The system of options and timetabling is sooo useless that music and drama are classed as technology whereas art isn't. GCSEs are stoooooooooopid!!!!

SENSIBLE EDUCATION IN MY DAY

DEAR 'ZINE

Recently there has been a debate about whether the Grand National should be banned.

The Grand National is one of the great English traditions left. The jockey falls, the horse carries on running but it does so of its own accord.

Scrapping the National would be like scrapping the Marathon. Keep it going.

DEAR 'ZINE

The Eurovision Song Contest is a joke! As we are British I would have thought it would be common sense to have a British song.

Instead we have a song which is totally lacking an important factor - IT'S NOT BRITISH!!!!

Save our music before American tunes take over the air waves.

Empress of Indie.

Yeah, mmm, but define "British song"

FILM REVIEW - POETIC JUSTICE

I saw this two years ago in Canada and I don't know why it's taken so long to come out over here, but my advice to you is - go see it.

It shows the relationship that grows between hairdresser Janet Jackson and postman Tupac Shakur after Janet's boyfriend was brutally murdered.

At the helm is Boyz in the Hood genius John Singleton, but buy popcorn when she recites poetry.

And there was me thinking you 'Ziners
