SHOE REVIEW - CORAL SUEDE SHOES
Being a dedicated shoegazer, I was incredibly chuffed to be given these fantastically pink things with yellow laces.
They're a bit on the loud side but the soles are wonderful for jumping about in. Brilliant!

DAVID DUCHOVNY ANSWERED
- He's from New York. He went to Princeton and Yale universities
- He's not married
- He doesn't have any kids
- He has a girlfriend (who makes a guest appearance as an alien in the second series)
- He's probably too busy to return your calls
- Because he's only in one show
- No, it probably doesn't hurt being that gorgeous
Alix
Glad to hear he goes out with aliens
THERE'S HOPE FOR 'ZINESTERS YET
DEAR CASINO GIRL
I've been a Blur fan since I was 13, I'm now 18. I regard Leisure as their best album and the third greatest album ever recorded.
I hope I'm classed a "true" fan when I tell you the Mile End gig is actually an all day festival, usually costing around £25.
I've not seen Blur live as they rarely play up north, but I'd never accuse them of selling out like you!
Obscure Indie Boy (in love with Kate)
You sound like a true fan to me
THAT'S BLURTASTIC
TO ANYONE READING
Mega-zine
Vent your spleen,
Write in and you could get screened,
Your face ain't seen,
So you can be mean,
But note: please keep your language clean.

Thanks for the advice

ALBUM REVIEW - SMART BY SLEEPER
The opening song, In Betweener, stands head and shoulders above anything else on the album; it's a classic pop song in The Kinks mould.
Other songs are more typical indie guitar music. Alice In Vain, their debut single, is great.
Sleeper are also on tour soon, and at £5 a ticket, they're a bargain. Buy the album, it's good.

REVIEW - CADBURY'S CREME EGGS
Rip off the beautiful delicate foil to reveal a perfect chocolate egg.
Once you bite through the delicious thick chocolate there's a scrummy white cream, but even better (yes there's more), a sweet sticky orange yolk.
It's an unforgettable experience and not bad for 30p. How do you eat yours?
The Review Queen, Somewhere Unknown
PS Happy Easter (someone had to start) sorry!
I'm a bit of a Caramel Egg fan myself
BUT CREME EGGS ARE THE ORIGINALS!
DEAR 'ZINE
Let's all get on the "Supersonic Rocket Ship", as invented by the most revered Ray Davies of The Kinks.
As he says in the song, nobody has to be hip, there will be no suppression of minorities and there will be equality.
Nobody has to travel second class - isn't that the way it should be?
Sweet Lady Genevieve, Underneath the Neon Sign
It sure is!
BUT WILL IT EVER HAPPEN?
