TORTILLA THE TORTOISE As I peeked out from the cushy interior of my shell, I noticed the yellow blob that used to adorn the corner of the 'Zine pages has erupted into a strange little man. In hibernation long were we?
PURPLE LONG-HAIRED BUNNY Angel of Cyberspace: Good is WLW. Evil is Back-chat. Honest is my love of Metallica. Dishonesty is Bob the Fish. Good is the purple Princess. Evil is Rebecca Nahid. See, not everything is green and purple.

RESEARCH ON THE NUMBER 42
It is the answer to life, the universe and everything (see Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy).
It is the lowest number that can be divided exactly by 21, 14 and 7, which when added together make 42.
It is the only anagram of 24.
It is the number of National Lottery numbers not drawn.
It is the number of chances in a million that this letter will be printed.

A WORD TO THE WISE!
After the antics of TV puppets in the past, i.e. the Sooty sex scandal, the Wombles laying siege to the town of Wimbledon and Roland Rat pinching apples from the Queen's orchard, do we allow the Teletubbies on TV? They are bound to break the hearts of a whole generation.
To prove it here's another:
Paddington bear brought some marmalade,
With money acquired in a bank raid.
Despite the money one thing stayed,
His old duffel coat which is now frayed.
Spindeling Ronnie
Rupert Bear may make as laugh, but he
DOESN'T HALF OFFEND WITH THAT SCARF!
OH, HOW THE "MIGHTY" HAVE FALLEN
After spending November and December having almost everything I sent into 'Zine screened, I rested on my laurels over the festive season. Big mistake.
Attempting a comeback in January, I was shocked to discover that my next three letters were cruelly ignored.
This non-letter is my last attempt before I retreat into my pre-'Zine state of alienation, boredom and despair. Still, by that point the waitress had moved on.

DEAR 'ZINE
Has anyone seen those leaflets scattered around about "Camp America"?
When naming it, did they not think of the obvious connotations?
And if they did, wouldn't you think they'd take care with their logo.
Oh no, it's a wigwam - not a camp icon at all, is it?
