MY MOTHER'S CHILD I remember Emo Phillips! Wasn't he the one who said "I love my girlfriend from the hair on her head to the tag on her big toe!"
MOUSE HEAD COLESLAW WINNER Blue Raisan, I wrote ages ago to tell WLW that I remember Emo Phillips and actually met him. He is even weirder in real life, but really kind.
SIX OF ONE We just have a debate on Jeremy Paxman. Should he be respected for his great mind? Is he just a jerk?
HOW TO MAKE AN INDIE VID
- Put on those trainers for the inevitable walking/running along street shot
- Raid dad's clothes for 70s shirts
- Wear leather/velvet jacket from the childen'd dept in C&A
- As you play the guitar, think of your pet moose who died when you were six for that miserable sod look
- Attach a string to each ear and get the other band members to pull on them alternatley for that cool head bob.
- Ask mum to put a saucepan on your head and cut round it.

A Verve-acious start to WLW's day!
TUNE IN FOR MORE POLLY RECORDS....
DEAR JOHN
Do not despair! I too am a fat (although not unattractive) morbid school-goer of 15 years. You certainly are not thick and no way are you miserable for not liking the Spice Girls.
I'd call you sensible. You and I have a lot in common you know. Maybe we could get together and discuss life. I'd like that, y'know.
Keep Happy
Nerfherder
Many days herding nerfs to be had, John
AND DISCUSSING LIFE... YAWN...
DEAR 'ZINE
It's funny how big and important humans think they are when in fact humans are nothing more than insignificant specks of dust in a world we have encountered %0.000000000001.
Here's my theory. Our galaxy is an organ in some mind-blowing big creature and the earth is a single cell in this organ. Humans are a disease, destroying and polluting all we encounter.

So if we're the disease...
I'D HATE TO SEE THE ANTIBODIES!
DEAR MEGAZINE
Is anyone else curious about what other 'Ziners look like?
This thought is driving me insane. Everyone seems to make themselve out to be really bizarre looking people and I just want to know if this is true.
Well, I'm 16, used to have red afro hair and I'm annoyingingly thin (I wish I was fatter).

Well, eat more lard!
CAN'T HELP YOU WITH THE FOLLICLES!
