I am very confused!
The other day someone told me Pulp aren't an "indie" band because they are too popular. They also said Kula Shaker aren't "indie" because they are signed to Sony.
I know it's bad to categorise, but could some enlightened 'Ziner explain what makes a band "indie"?
It doesn't matter, I'm just curious.
