LETTER REVIEW: THE MILKY WAYCOWBOY'S MISSIVE

Started off pleasantly enough with an introduction. Went on to tell us about a very interesting historical topic - the adding of a drug to drinking water in the 60s.

But an entertaining letter was spoilt by its last sentence. Anyone with a brain can see how talented the Beatles were and even those with only one brain cell like one of their songs.

The Glass Onion, Penny Lane

What do you say, MWC?

AND WHAT DO YOU THINK OF BILL HALEY?

TO ALL READERS,

All right. We've heard from the ravers, we've heard from the metalheads, we've heard from the environmentalists and the criminals and the weirdos... but where are all you Sci-fi fans?

It doesn't matter if you like Star Wars, Red Dwarf, Doctor Who, Star Trek or Isaac Asimov - we're all fanatics together!

The 'Zine wants culture, let's give 'em cult!

The Muso, This Beautiful Planet

Yeah - let's have it!

TO ANYONE WHO'LL LISTEN

1994 looks like being the best year for British rock for some time. Despite the Wonderstuff and the Little Angels splitting up, we are seeing the emergence of the Wildhearts, Skin and Terrorvision as commercial successes.

Of those, the best band equipped for maintaining their high have to be TV. With their blend of pop, metal and even rap, they have the potential to be as big as Def Leppard, if not bigger.

Pretend Best Friend, Desolation Town

Yep, if only they realise it!

YOU ONLY GET WHAT YOU SETTLE FOR!

REPLY TO THE ANGEL OF DEATH

Ravers would not want to stoop down to the low level of reasoning similar to that of metalheads by wearing something even remotely resembling anything "military".

You're just trying to flatter yourself by thinking that ravers would actually want to be mistaken for metalheads.

It'll take more than a petty metalhead to stir up controversy amongst ravers!

Queen of Raving

Well, didn't take much for you!

ALBUM REVIEW EIGHT-LEGGEDGROOVE MACHINE

I know this is a bit late (almost six years), but it's still as good now as it was then.

Every track has a different meaning, different sound and is as original as possible. From well-known songs like It's your Money I'm After, Baby, to unknown songs like Grin, this is the most amazing album.

Don't believe? Buy!

Hellacious Boom Boom, Berry Joy Town

Never too late for a pos review!
