SINGLE REVIEW: THE PERFECT MOMENT by THE CHRISTIANS

The Christians - they of the "slaphead 'n' shades" fame. Well, forget all that and listen to this utterly superlative new single.

Like all their songs, this has thought-provoking, inspirational lyrics and is undoubtedly a classic.

Forget the hateful spaghetti pap of Axl & Co, listen to a heart-warming sound.

The Good Guy, Wembley

"Hateful spaghetti pap" eh?

Dear Mega-zine,

It's so easy to criticise Madonna - even after all the brilliant things she's done.

She may not have had a No 1 since 1990, but at least she's not desperately trying to repeat success like Bryan Adams whose last No 1 was in 1991.

Magazines still cover Madonna, fans still love her and she's has a best-selling book. What an icon!

Manchild, Madonna School of Controversy

Was it really as far back as 1990?
