I'd say this gentleman had made the wrong diagnosis in the case of Bjork. It would appear that she's been recovering well from a severely traumatic childhood with The Sugarcubes and has recently produced some beautiful and uplifting music as part of her ongoing therapy.
She's well cared for and any delusional relapses involving dancing mailboxes and hedgehogs are all part of the healing process.
