DEAR 'ZINE
My brother has a command of three languages, an IQ of 155 and 10 excellent GCSE grades.
I just watched him walk in the rain to the dole office, who treat him like a child. He gets hassle from mum, ignored by dad, and now can't motivate himself.
I have a mate who has five poor GCSEs, a low IQ and barely a grip on his own language. His parents spoil him.
