WEST-INDIE BOY thinks it's pathetic how Blur and Oasis fans are at each other's throats as E17 and TT fans once were.

HAPPY LARRY asks why ex-Eternal, Louise dropped her surname for her solo career. Wouldn't you?

PAT BUTCHER'S EYE GEL can't wait to see Robbie (ex-TT) in Enders tomorrow. Blink and you'll miss him.

HAPPY JACK agrees entirely about having more 24-hour shops. He's sick of late-night trips to the garage, too.

And while we're at it - let's have

ALL-NIGHT PUBLIC TRANSPORT!

REVIEW - AK by Peter Dickinson

Everyone should read this and it'd be tragic if anyone believed it was fiction. It's all too realistic.

It's the story of a child warrior in an African Civil War which the world is trying to ignore.

I'd say it's an eye-opener, but anyone whose eyes are opened by this has had them shut for too long.

DEAR 'ZINE

The HELP album is terrible, isn't it?

Even the wonderful Blur manage to sound like Les Dawson in a doo-wop band.

Limited recording time was a bad idea. OK, John Lennon did it with Instant Karma, but then he was a genius.

This lot blatantly aren't.

Lord Eric Of Barmy

The Blur track is the worst one on it

BUT THE REST ARE MAGNIFICENT!

TO MISS REGGAE

I love reggae too and get quite sick of only hearing about other types of music.

There are no reggae programmes on the radio at all. There used to be a show on Radio One, but they scrapped it!

So, I say PLEASE PLAY MORE REGGAE ON THE RADIO.
