SME?RT congratulates Sad, But True if he/she/it is female and offers a proposal if he/she/it is male.

DOVE disputes White Horse, saying love is more important than marriage. OK - new topic time.

SPLAT MERINGUE once again has sent far too many words for us to print. But we'll give it a go next week as we have all missed him. (Sincerity overload!)

SAVO had a nightmare about New Shaving Ken. What intelligent person wouldn't?

Sun Hat is staying in next weekend

SO NO FUNNY REMARKS. GOT IT?

COOL HOLIDAY BRAG

There I was, walking down this street in Mill Valley, just outside San Francisco, when this unbelievably good-looking girl walks over to me.

She points at my trainers and says: "Now they are cool".

It made my day.

LITTLE THINGS AND LITTLE MINDS...

REVIEW: SAVED BY THE BELL - NEW CLASS

One word - why? The actors bring a new meaning to the words "bimbos" and "bad at acting".

The storylines are cheesier than a Mini-Cheddar factory and the scripts sound like they were written by an illiterate five-year-old.

Bring back the old class!

Timeless Indie Eyebrows

REVIEW: PAVEMENT - WOWIE ZOWIE

Could Pavement top last year's breakthrough, Crooked Rain?

Wowie Zowie, I'm pleased to say is an absolute classic. From the noisy Serpentine Pad to the sublime AT&T it is packed with original, varied styles.

Definitely the finest lo-fi moment since Dinosaur Jr's Bug, and is without doubt the album of the year so far.

Jennifer Jones

The best since Dinosaur Jr?

THAT MUST BE REALLY GOOD THEN

THE TRUTH

  1. Lozenge rhymes with orange
  2. St Anselm proved the existence of God
  3. My granny doesn't wear glasses
  4. My great auntie has long hair
  5. TT will still be at number one next week (No they won't!). Has everybody forgotten?

Shelf Imperfectionist

Lozenge kind of rhymes with orange

BUT WHAT RHYMES WITH MOTORBIKE?

REPLY TO CHAMELEON

Just finished your pyscho A-Level? Incensed by Milgram's experiment? A lot of people are.

I understand your emotions, but psychology at that time was and is a developing science.

We've learned a lot from Milgram's studies. Just be content that the BPS wouldn't allow it today.

And get your facts right, no shocks were given.
