REPLY TO IONIAN SMEGHEAD

What do you mean Bjork can't sing? She may have an unusual voice, but it has style and so does she.

I for one like her voice and her songs - at least she puts emotion and feeling into her singing which is more than can be said for grunge, rave, rap or pop.

From short TV appearances, she also seems sweet and lovely and besides all that, I fancy her.

Bjork's Sexy Tattoo, Hants

Nope, sorry.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE ON ABOUT?

REPLY TO NOT A TT FAN

Just for the record, I don't appreciate being called a "silly little girlie". Find me someone who does and I'll get "Manchester United are really good" tattooed across my backside!

You probably think they've got thousands of fans because of the hype, right? Wrong. It's the same hype that turned bigots like you against them.

'Zine can do without your ramblings.

How dare you call the Stereo MCs overrated? Underrated would be more appropriate.

They've worked well hard for what they have now got and they definitely showed that they are the best group in Britain.

All their albums are brill and their live performances are exhilarating. Congrats Stereos - long live Rob and his woolly hat.

DEAR 'ZINE,

Valentine's Day, now history
And not one single card for me
A nice brunette with long curly hair
Would get tender loving care

I'm just a normal boy with nothing to hide
Who wants a nice girl by his side
So come on ladies, why not me?
I'm not that bad, can't you see?

The Poem Boy

Ohhh. Bless.

THERE'S HEARTBREAK HERE EVERYDAY!

DEAR 'ZINE,

I was at the delicatessen counter of my local supermarket today when I realised that you rarely (if ever) feature letters about fixing handles onto earthenware Toby jugs.

My tip is: stand them by a radiator for an hour - only then apply the varnish.

Next week I'll be on holiday in sunny (but not too hot) Skegness. I've packed the bright orange tartan windbreak.
